FishHook gets my vote EASILY. I once played that map for 24 hours straight back when I was still in Jr. High School.
If I had a 2nd choice though I'd go with Sand Storm. It was one of the great breach maps Socom 2 had to offer along with Sujo and others.

I think I might be the only person who remembers or actually liked Liberation
I liked it. Played it alot on CA. Yeah, Liberation was one of those maps that played perfectly in every mode. It was originally an escort map on Socom 2, but it played nicely on breach, demo, control and extract. Liberation has to be the perfect all game mode map.

Im surprised theres only 1 blood lake vote??? Guess ill boost that up : ) Blood lake was awesome. I think it would automatically translate well into the Socom 4 universe because it is jungle themed and it already had the "fog of war" in the map to limit vision distance due to the fog on the lake.

I'm from the Netherlands and we never had the chance to play those last three maps listed, they never released it here. (only if we bought an US ps2) I know the other maps are great but are the last three worthy for a new socom game? voted for Frostfire suppression btw cause of the quickness in this map and the high reflection rate (small en cosy). Further, I miss those feeling to go on an adventure with your team...i got that feeling in socom1/2 but never had it in confrontation and the games between...that real infiltrate feeling in Sandstorm/Deathtrap/Sujo/Enowapi..u know what i mean

But even on those maps, you would usually see 2-3 mercs rush anyways. But it really made RUSHING that had that "infiltrate feeling" like you described. Sadly, on Confrontation this kind of camping is seen on every game mode. Not only do we see slower character movement, but we see deathly slow gameplay as well.
