WOW, something I have been preaching for a very long time. I am so glad that Seth came out and discussed everything.
Man, simply created SOCOM hahahahaha
Discuss.

This is definitely the greatest Zipline to date.
I think Seth Luisi was "top notch" and offered alot of insight our Community was not aware of.
I definitely learned a thing or two new myself!
Will the Seth bashing stop? Probably not. Although it should.
Just like in Socom, you win as a team, and you lose as a team. There's rarely ONE person who's solely responsible.
I have been on the fence, especially after some of the "disappointing" E3 video that's been dissected and debated for 2 weeks now. Seth's conversations on Zipline sparked a new wave of "hope" for Socom 4 in my book. I am a little more optimistic at this point that the longtime fanbase will get the multiplayer we have been waiting for, far too long now.

3 things really stand out from his interview
1) Loved the fact he took blame for S:C 2) The fact that the Classic camera view will be an option for both SP and MP 3) S2 HD will not be made any time soon if ever (i'm leaning heavily towards if ever)

Definitely the best Zipline Episode thus far, mainly because Seth Luisi took himself from Socom "Zero" to Socom "Hero" status.
I've always had respect for the guy, but I think he's changed the perspective of how people view him now that he opened up into greater detail and really "spoke" to the community.

I agree it was the best... HTK called it... Seth was coming out on top. I knew he would because he didn't really deserve all the crap he took in the past lol

I like that Seth simply sat down and had a real conversation with the guys, and wasn't playing the tight-lipped PR role that I always see him in. He actually opened up about the failures of Confrontation.

I was hoping my question would get picked!
It was time for Seth to address that.
Especially if he expects those same disappointed fans to buy Socom 4.

I like the fact that he tried to push for the old controls even though it was not implemented, I also appreciate that fact that he did stick it out with S:C even though it pretty much sank but he stayed with it like a true Captain, rather then jumping ship and leaving everyone more screwed then it started.
The thing that stands out most to me was when he was like the core of Socom is Team gameplay & not how the game actually felt it self. Which to me it was a combination of what he said along with how Socom I & II both felt that made it what it was. That is something to really think about with Socom IV.

This was the best Zipline by far and i'm glad talked about S:Con. I was hoping that they would acknowledge the Co-Op thing from gamestop to confirm it.

Hey guys. First off, nice forums.
The part that struck me was when Seth said that they were real close to just abandoning ship on Confrontation a month or so after release. The fact that he fought for it the way that he did speaks volumes. I found a new found respect for the man after hearing the podcast.

Very true, I think Seth has nailed a lot of points. Lets hope he makes SOCOM 4 as great as he did in the past.

Did he mention how much he is/was going to be "in the trenches" with the development of Socom 4? I know he said he was very hands on with 1 + 2, and forced out during 3 and didn't do much with CA / Confrontation.
