Hey guys, was wondering if the sound quality was better this time around because we did some special stuff for Episode 6 that should have enhanced the sound overall....

There were less "sound spikes" that peaked out my speakers.....
Slightly smoother, but nothing "Earth shattering".

Yeah it should pretty much help even out or Level out the volume across all the audio, which is what it's mainly intended for, hopefully it's worth using as I find it to come in very handy. As for seeing what you guys do first hand,. Ya do cover a whole lot of notes in such a short period of time without really pausing or thinking of what to say. Which I thought was really cool basically a one take deal and your done, not many podcasters I know whom have been doing it for a while are that fluid with it without the need of lots of post editing. So great job on that for sure.

I think its just the passtion for SOCOM and its something we love to do so we might make it look easy while others might struggle, who knows.

SOCAST prides itself on being "impromptu".
Yes we take notes to prevent a "meltdown", but alot of people don't realize we do ONE TAKE and ONE TAKE only.
If we "screw" up, you will hear it! LOL.
I can't think of ANYONE thats doing a "live radio show" type of podcast.
You pretty much heard our 15 minute "practice run" before the show. You can contest, this show is flown by the seat of our pants!

The sound quality was good, probably the best sounding one so far. Listening to it made me remember that I meant to ask Seth a question concerning clans, but I'm pretty sure they would have avoided it due to the hush-hush with the MP.

I feel a lot of good points where made. I find it sad that People who don't even play games, are the ones that call the shots on how it should be made.
I also feel that if Socom had better advertising, It wouldn't need to compromise game play by incorporating lame features from other games. I think the cover and health regen would be a big mistake. But if done correctly, even with their new super FPS control scheme it would appeal to vets and make everyone happy.

kinda makes me think of 3PV MW2 with a little better movement/graphics/physics and a bunch of classic Socom 2 maps.

I didn't notice any sound issues and for no rehersal you guys pretty much nailed the podcast. Keep up the good work guys, always nice to hear well thought out discussion and opinions.
