Just and idea, nothing more. Maybe consider creating a universal SOCOMIV.COM gamer Tag for this forum and if you want to use your other name or your primary it doesn't matter, just a way to represent the known forum dwellers of Socom.com and this growing community we seem to be establishing amongst ourselves here. In McNoobs case you could wear the Universal SOCOMIV.com Gamer Tag as his primary Tag if he chooses to because he is Clanless. Maybe in creating this who knows, this may turn into something really big and and if one decides to use this forum as his full time home, so be it. But don't consider this as a Clan with leaders, but a unit with unified leaders and group understandings that come with mature gaming and the Socom Ol Skool Code. Basically what I am purposing is not really creating a Clan per say but part of wide spread unit of Socom.com Forum posters who obviously like it here also.
Terms: before you are allowed to wear the universal Tag you have to be a Socom.com Forum poster and known for being mature. Basically like joining a unified Command structure rather than a Clan with a common Tag and ethics using this forum. This forum is not actually a designated Clan Forum but it represents something bigger than a Clan, it brings all Socom.com dwellers together in a more open atmosphere to be part of a Tag that can be worn if choose to, but you have to uphold the terms. My other name is PAUL-AWOL without the - on the end, and I would put my unified SocomIV forum Tag on it and when we all decided to play Socom with each other we would use that name. Basically no Clan leaders to an extent, but a unified structure with the understanding that we all are mature and can be trusted to up hold the OL SKool Socom gamers code. If someone breaks the code we as a whole will vote them out and ask to have their Tag removed.
I thought about this the other day, why not create a membership type Universal Gamer Tag of known forum posters who use this forum as a second home to Socom.com. Most of us are positive posters in a mature way and we know each other rather well. Because IMO when S4 comes out I have a feeling there are going to be some people with in my Clan alone who will not buy Socom 4, and those who don't in my Clan, well as a Clan we will all have to come to some terms on friends list and etc, if you get my drift. But in the beginning give this idea a try and who knows, this may grow and people may choose this place as number one and want to be part of something like this full time. Get my drift here, test the waters and maybe when Socom 4 comes out we may end up being the biggest best Clan ever with all known respected names. Who knows and yes this is just an idea and I am not trying to control anything, I just like everyone here and I see potential for this to grow as a unit of great Socomers to take control and have fun in Socom 4 together.
If anyone has a different vision of this let it rip, I am just throwing something out there and please be in full understanding I am not by any means wanting anyone to leave clans and so forth, just thought since we seem to know one another so well thru everyday posting, why not.
