hey guys,
After last night I had a lot of fun, it's been a minute since I've logged into Confrontation but that was pretty cool last night. Was actually quite surprised a lot of you guys showed up.
Uummm We need to setup another one of these at least before this week is out, so post your favorite maps.
MANDATORY RULES:
- SocomIV.com (As room name.)
- 16vs16 (So we can get as many people in.)
- Small Maps (Only!)
- No Specilizations
- 6 Minute Rounds
- No Night Maps (They are horrible, no reason to turn fun into a nightmare.)
Maps, well that's where we all can pitch in. Last night we did DEMO only so we don't over complicate things. But if you guys wan't to spice it up a bit, be my guest.
Any other suggestions are welcome, lets keep it in here.

I was so mad I missed it but I did get in a game with NoonTime who was still on. yeah man it turned out really awesome, a lot of guys stopped by real fast and we were able to do quite a few maps. All in all it was fun and we liked it so we'll do more of these. Cynide by the way is a CAMPING CLAYMORE WHORE. |

I prefer SC maps. But i do like me some Entrapment and Uprising breach or Vigilence Demo.
Xroads Extract is a favorite of mine
Fallen breach is good too. Hell any breach map is good but Xroads breach.
DG demo and extract is good

If you go look at the thread below this, you can see all the maps we played.
Some old & new alike.
We should practice the whole "ONE MAP, ONE GAME MODE" rather than just doing demo.
Although I am quite the "demo" junky!
We'll tinker around with different time frames to be sure everyone has a chance to play.
Like HTK said, that room was full in less than 5-10 minutes all with people from Socom.com and people here. WOW!
It was fun!

I request Desert Glory Extraction because that's the way the Socom Gods wanted us to play that map.

No night maps? Frostfire, Nightstalker and Blizzard should always be played at night as they were made to be.

No night maps? Frostfire, Nightstalker and Blizzard should always be played at night as they were made to be. Sure there were made to be in previous games where you can see 20feet in front of you. In confrontation you can see past 2 feet. But I will compromise Forstfire night because its the only night map in Confrontation that can be tolerated. Blizzard/Nightstalker = campfast. I want gun fights damn it. |

As I may agree with night maps for NS, FF & Blizzard... the thermal scope, NVG and night maps all together are sub par on Confrontation. Although I LOVED Blizzard night.
